Athlon 750's limit?

Anyone can say what is a tipical limit of a 750MHz (socket A) Athlon? I'm using an Asus A7V (rev1.02, 1005a BIOS) and looking for a good CPU cooler, but don't know if I can get 1GHz with this configuration...
