I'm running an Athlon 750 (Tbird) on an Asus A7v with ATI Rage Fury Pro video card and Creative Labs Live sound card, with other basic stuff. My computer has been locking up on me and I can't figure out why? It has 128mb of Crucial ram and I thought it may have been bad ram but I put in a new stick and still same problem. It locks up when I'm running something in Windows and Counterstrike. There aren't any IRQ conflicts and I replaced the motherboard too. Any ideas as to the problem? Also the computer likes to occasionally reboot by itself when I get to the Windows log in window. I need help.

So far when I converted the Bios form Optimal to Normal, I haven't had any lock ups and it is stable. It was locking up both in games and windows and is doing good for now. Thanks for all the help.
