Athlon? 64 X2 Dual Core Processor Driver

I've just set up a new Athlon? 64 X2 3800+ system, but I've just found out about this driver. Should I also install it? Will it f**** up my system? What's the installation procedure? Any feedback would be appreciated.

This is funny. I accidently found out that the driver was actually installed already, when I opened the add/remove programs thing. Can't remember doing it. Heh.
