I need

SATA & Atleast 3 PCI slots

And want a board which is appropriate to this processor.

I wont be overclocking.

Anyone any pointers.

I cant get that board in the UK!!!!

However I have found one which appears to be basically the same. MSI K8N NEO 4 PLATINUM S939 nForce4 Ultra ATX A L R.

Question, If I choose to upgrade later to to a faster X2 processor will this board still be ok. Or should I look at a different chipset/board. The processor is costing 3.5X the board cost.
