Read where everyone complains about the heat with this CPU.. It runs great with my Artic Freezer 64 and my Maxtop Signature Case with two 120 fans. One on the side and one on the top both blowing out..

20-25c idle low 30s under load..

Those temperatures seems unreal. What program do you use for reading them?

my second pc has a 6400 BE and it idles @ 33, loaded is @ 46 with a Zalman 9700

If you're running two fans, both as exhaust, thet're counteracting each other, and are doing you less good than if both were unplugged, since if both were unplugged, you'd have 2x120mm holes for your AC Freezer 64 Pro to be able to acquire cool air through.
