Athlon 64 temps?

I just picked up my A64 3200 today, and with stock hsf and asc i get:

32C at idle
38-40C under load

I'm very impressed with the stock heatsink on these chips. It's fairly quiet, and from the looks of things cools fairly well.

Are my temps right though? I've always thought of AMD's as very hot chips...but these new A64's look like they'd be efficient at cooling. What kind of temps are people running around here?
 
Identical to mine... And yes, quiet and cool even without the software turned on...
