Athlon 64 RAM

Ok, I'm in the market for a Socket 754 Athlon 64 to overclock. I am either going to get an Epox 8KDA3J or Chaintech VNF3-250 motherboard to go with it, but I'm not sure on the RAM. I know that I want 1GB and that 2x512MB would be a lot cheaper. Since I'm planning on o/cing, should I go with some PC3500 RAM or what? I'm not looking to bust my wallet here, either...

3200 RAM is fine You can use ratio's to overclock the CPU and keep the Memory stable. GL I love my EPoX btw.

2.4, 2.5GHz if I can hit it without raising voltage too high... I'm doing air cooling with either a Thermalright or Zalman.
