I'm gunna build a new A64 system for my cousin. He doesn't do any gaming, so I'm looking for an Athlon 64 motherboard with integrated graphics (and lan, audio, etc.). Which mobo do you guys recommend? He wants it on a mini tower too, so hopefully it's a microATX board. Thanks for the help in advance.

Hows about this one: Gigabyte SiS760 board, with 64MB of onboard video memory :)

The quality of a power supply can be very important, so I'd recommend being pretty selective about what you get for a case if you'll be stuck with the PSU that's inside it. Can I recommend this Inwin V-series model, which has a fairly respectable 300W PSU and can take full-sized ATX power supplies in the event he falls in love with Doom III and jams a 6800 Ultra in there and suddenly needs 400W+ of power. Plus it has an 80mm exhaust and a "snorkel" to feed the CPU cool air directly. Add some black drives and there ya go  The Inwin i530B card-reader/front-port unit would be a nice add-on, link to those.

SiS 760 is the prime choice, letting you have dedicated video RAM. That's optional though, so you /might/ end up with shared system RAM even if you have that chipset. Confirmed boards are from Gigabyte, PC-Chips and ECS.

Then there's VIA's K8M800 chipset, shared-memory mode only, also on a board from ECS.

I have yet to see any of the above actually become available though.

There's a review at Overclockers.com where they tested the system with three video-memory modes: the dedicated memory only, dedicated + system, and system only. It looks like this board does allow control of which mode it uses, and also it performs better using its dedicated memory only.
