Athlon 64 MicroATX?

I'm thinking about building a small A64 system and NewEgg does not have any K8T800 boards in stock, only K8M800 with integrated video. Besides the built in video, which I can disable, is there any performance differences between the K8T800 and the K8M800?

To expand your options, there's also a Gigabyte SiS760 mATX board. Someone remarked that it has 64MB of its own video RAM onboard, which appears to be borne out by a look at the photos. Could be interesting
