I think it's good if you still want single core processors.

I was going to purchase the 4000+, but with a little research,I found out that the 4000+ performed 3-5% better than the 3800+ in a couple tests, and even worse in a few! Thus, I figured it was a no-brainer... I bought the roughly equivalent 3800+ for $30 cheaper...
