Yeah, but, just wait a bit. The prices just started to drop. While that is a good price, you have been able to buy 3500+ oem's on ebay for around $170-$200. Wait a bit, and they will get better. I want to see a 3700 san diego for that price. :) I give it another month.

any thoughts on the pricing structure as you see it now? That is a substantial hit on the price of this cpu...

is it supply and demand? have a truckload of these and need to get rid of them? only thing i can thing of at the moment that would make these drop so much...

Whats weird is that the 3200 and 3000 venice are the same price as theyve been. Ive checked at both monarch and mwave.
The 3200 is $209 at monarch while the 3500 is $210 ? Doesnt make much sense.

Yeah I know, the best places IMO to buy 3000 or 3200+ venice cpu's is on ebay. I got my retail boxed 3200+ for $160 total shipped on ebay. 3500+ oem's for like $160-$200.

I looked on ebay and oem 3500's were ending at about the same price and up to $225 + there inflated shipping costs. I guess if your into waiting and bidding on auctions and thats your thing then cool.
