Is there any reason to get a 130nm version or is 90nm better in everyway? Or is the 130nm faster but down side is more heat?

From what I have read, performance is basically identical but the 90nm version runs much, much cooler -- up to 10 degrees C cooler when overclocked. There's an article somewhere on Anandtech that compares the two.

90nm is supposed to run cooler and it also has more potential for overclocking. based on just anands review, hehe
