Athlon 64 3200+ 754 or Athlon 3500+ 939?

So I think I might have to buy a new motherboard and processor. My question is should I save the over 200 dollars it would cost me to get a 939 3500+ and just get a 754 3200+? I know the 754 are stopping at 3700+ but like I said by the time I want to upgrade again would it be better just to use the money to another processor and motherboard then?

Thoughts, suggestions? 🙂
 
For now, IMO, get a 3200+ (2.2Ghz with 512kb cache) and a nForce3 250gb board and overclock it a little.

939 will be updated even more and the price will come down. Not enough Diff. right now to warrent the price increase. IMO
