Your video card is way too slow for that CPU if you play at high resolutions with aa/af on 🙂

And don't forget, there is no ultimate "bottleneck" as far as cpu/video is concerned. It all depends on what games you play and at what resolution/quality settings you play at.
 
hey same rig as me...................but i got BFG 6800nu and no pipes unlocked and i play BF2 @ 1280x1024 2xAA ans it's smooth, wish i had a 6800gt
 
i have seen no performance difference that is noticeable between the nu and gt in bf2. however, in other games it is a bit of a difference. still be happy with a 6800nu card. it is really great and its the same gpu anyway.
