I asked myself the same question about the 3200 vs 3500.
I went with the 3200+ and now I'm glad I did. I'm running 4HT, 2.5-3-3-10 1T timings@200 divider with a FSB of 250...all of this on stock voltages. I would like to add that my Zalman 7000 runs much hotter then the stock cooler, and I think this is because I have an older 7000cu and it doesn't cover the entire core...just a thought. Idle (stock cooler) is 37c and load hits 46c, where the Zalman was 41c idle and 52c loaded.
