Athlon 4 and DDR

Does that new athlon get better performance gains with DDR than the old T-Bird. I need justification to upgrade but a 10% increase doesn't seem like justification enough to me.

Yes, the enhanced prefetch capabilities of the Athlon4 utilize DDR RAM better than the Athlon Thunderbirds, and thus would offer even more increased performance.
