Hi, I was wondering if these are safe temps for the newcastle 3500+

Idle: 35c
Load: 70c

If they are high, any ideas on how to bring them down? I have an Antec Sonata Case, but run with the side off most the time cause I don't feel very safe with it on with thoes temps..
