Athlon 3000+ stepping question

Hey all,

I'm planning to purchase an A64 real soon and I noticed there were two steppings: E3 and E6. If I'm correct, they are both Venice cores. The E6 stepping was cheaper than the E3 and led me to think they might be different in some way. Is there any difference between the two? Thanks.

Found the answer to my own question:

The E6 stepping has some erratas (113, 114, 116) fixed that were present in the E3 stepping.

-Errata #113 - Enhanced Write-Combining Feature Causes System Hang
-Errata #114 - DDR Data Pin Drive Strength Also Affects Command/Address Pins
-Errata #116 - DDR Chip Selects Tristated One Clock Early in Power Down Mode.

Hope this helps.
