Athlon 3000+ Max Voltage?

Since my 3000+ is starting to show some age and I am gonna be doing a complete CPU,mobo and memory upgrade in Jan I wanna push her more if I can. I am thinking about buying a better cooler and upping the voltage. But even with good cooling whats the most voltage one would want to add to the CPU? I still need this to last me till Jan/Feb of next year. So I don't want to fry it.

Max is 1.65v Dont go over it (for 2-3 year) and temp must be blow 50C use better cheap cooler if u dont go over 1.55v u can run it 3-5 year

Max voltage is not a thing that you can define. Maximum voltage is where the CPU is killed. ANY lower voltage (even default voltage) also kills it, albeit slower. That being said, i have a 35watt Barton 2400+ that has been as high as 2.0 volts actual for extended sessions (air cooled!!). It still runs fine at 1.55 volts (default settings). This chip has seen almost three years of use, rarely ever running less that 1.70 volts.

I'd give the 3000+ some juice, and wager that your cooling setup will determine your OC moreso than your voltage.
