i can only see the 2.4C for $135 near that A64....but i'd get the A64 for the newer boards you can get

As well as about all of the Pentium processors. :) I feel even better about my choice now.

hey, that CPU u posted has a CO revision CG. Repeat, it is NOT a true Newcastle.

If u look at teh end of the model number it says AP NOT AX. AX means *true* newcastle so you should be mindful of that. COs has weird results when OCing

It's a damn good CPU... if you do buy the OEM you will need a heatsink.. hope you can go over $120 :p

id say go for it.. don't bother dropping back to 32-bit... if longhorn actually goes well then youll be maximizing the 64 bit capabilities and thanking yourself you didnt go 32 bit :)
