Athlon 2500 Oced to 3200 temps

my processor runs at 36°C idle (up to about 44°C under load), is this too hot for a heatsink setup with a thermaltake volcano 12 and as5? just wondering, i may have to reapply the as5 to get better contact

You could make your system quieter by undervolting your fans.
Don't worry about a thing if you are under 50C.

My temps run similar if I turn up my fans, but running my case and cpu fans @ 7v I am currently @ 26C(case) and 47-48C(cpu)(100%load). same processor and overclock.
 
sound... i have a decent speaker system and stuff, sound doesn't bother me, my processer and case fans are all adjustable anyhow
