Athlon 2200+ KIXJB 0404SPMW stepping a good overclocker?

I have an Athlon 2200+ DUV3C, KIXJB 0404SPMW. My mobo won't post, so I can't test the chip to see how much overclocking is possible. If other people have had good experiences, then I figure I'll keep it. Otherwise, I'm going to return the processor and wait until my mobo is RMAed and fixed before I get another processor. I'm basically just trying to figure out if I can jump the FSB to 166 MHz.

There are no good stepping of 2200's. Aren't you the same one that did the poll, and everyone and their grandmother told you to buy the 2100?

no good steppings of 2200's, unless you get a Thorton. i have a 2200 AQYHA0348 which is doing 2240 at 1.6v (166*13.5). This is on an ECS NF2 board. will move it to a Shuttle NF2 board later to see what it can do with extra voltage...
