Athlon 1.4GHz Power requirments

Can I temporarily use a 250W power supply with a T-bird 1.4 ghz?

Check AMD's site for recommended power supplies and requirements. I'd link it for you but the page is not coming up.

If your extremely lucky and it's a very high quality 250W unit then you have a chance... I wouldnt count on it though.

Here it is... if you don't see your PS listed here then your gambling a whole lot depending on what board your using, what your going to try to run with it, etc., etc,..
If I were you, and didn't see it listed, then I would bypass the frustration.
