Athlete's Foot

change ur socks and shoes like once or twice a day

keep ur feet dry

<Lieutenant Dan> Take care of your feet </Lieutenant Dan>

I'm not into sports. If I had athlete's foot, my first reaction would be, "That's not my farking foot."

Lamisil or Lotrimin work well, but the cream is much better than the spray for feet.

And keeping your feet dry is the key. My biggest problem is I'm always in such a hurry in the mornings that I often put my socks and shoes on before my feet are absolutely completely dry after showering😱

i used the cheap equate brand at walmart, along with making sure to scrub well between your toes and making sure you dry your feet well.

oh, cream, btw.

What do you do when you work 8 1/2 hours and then go to school and get home until like 11pm.

All that time in between not good.

i only applied the cream once a day after my shower. wore the same pair of socks all day. i dont wear socks at home tho, just barefoot.

yeah, but if you wash your feet right before putting on your shoes and right before going to bed, the anti fungas stuff will still work and kill those little critters

If you have problems with sweaty feet, you can carry an extra pair of socks and change 1/2 way through the day

Go to the doc and get a prescription. The OTC stuff doesn't work for bad cases.

Its not that bad, but its like I start the session of creams and sprays, it starts to look good and then i slack off and few weeks later it comes back.

even when its visually gone, you have to continue to use the meds. mine was gone from sight in two weeks, but i continued to use the cream for 4 more. its been six months since, and im still clean.
