Deeko your word is more than enough for me.

In the OP head, glute, foot placement/movement isn't specified, nor is equipment limitations or requirements i.e. belt/wraps/shirt/sleeves ect.

Today I did a paltry 355 at a body weight of 301 with belt/wrist wraps and IPF technique standards without a hand off.
I'm NOT competitive in this contest at this time...

But then again... you do put up 355lbs. Plus, you get to intimidate people with your sheer body weight :) It's not about winning, but being part of the event. Either way, you win at deadlift and that's really all that matters in life :p

LOL.
I did win one internet contest this year at outlawmuscle.com
It was who could deadlift the most for 5 reps with a pause between each rep. Belt and straps were allowed - no suit. There was a 6 week time period to post your video's - user name and date had to be in the video.
I came from behind to win with a 595x5 on the very last day - no straps needed.
Won $500 in "supplements" from an OLM board sponsor. So now I'm officially a "pro" haha.
The second placer used straps but no belt and got 585x5. I would have been crushed without a belt...

Holy crap. I'll be happy when I can DL 450 for a 1RM. Almost 600 for 5 is insane. Nice job though... and way to get free stuff :)

Technically an improvement, if not by much :)

This is with 5x5, I haven't tried for PR nor will I. I'm not in this to win, just putting my numbers out there to fill out the chart. :p

My DL, Squat are pretty average, but bench seems to work with my body type. Was hoping to beat Deeko, but seems like he upped his bench considerably in the past few weeks.

Did this close grip last week at the gym (doing CrossFit now). First time benching since August and first close grip max. My previous best is 265# last December with a medium grip, so I'll take it for now.

Next week I shall crush all of you!

Actually probably not, my bench is still lagging behind, I'll be lucky to hit 300

Tomorrow is the last day to enter values into the competition. Posts that occur later than midnight PST time will not be counted. Get out there and bench your little hearts out :)
