Catholicism does not focus on Jesus, Christianism does.

Catholicism does focus almost entirely on Jesus, and it is a part of Christianity. People who say that Catholicism isn't part of Christianity are just making up bullshit to further separate the two.

Go into any Catholic mass. Likely, the topic will be Jesus, or more specifically, Jesus's suffering. Hell, I would say Catholics are even more focused on Jesus. At least their cross HAS JESUS ON IT, while other sects just have a dinky t.

Catholicism makes sure, through vivid imagery, that the suffering of Christ is not forgotten. Sure, Catholicism has saints and other irrelevant crap, but the focus is highly on Jesus. The only figure that comes close to usurping Jesus's praise is the virgin Mary, however she is only praised for giving birth to Jesus. It all comes back to big J.

Plus, almost all Christian sects have, or should have, other figures their worship as well.

Listen ! Understand. LOOK at the foundation of the lie you cling to. Look at her works.

200 million put to death as heritics. The HRCC and its conception are as evil as that other mad man who claimed rule threw the rod of iron and forced peoples beliefs. Thats not GOD nor is it OF GOD. THERE LIERS. Both these 2 beliefs shall clash and its doing to be ugly. Satin fighting satin to get to the trueth. THe trueth shall be revealed in dispair

The real despair comes when a person tries to understand your grammar and spelling.

The winter solstice has been celebrated by many religions since thousands of years before Christianity existed

Being Christian for the Christmas is like buying a 747 for the peanuts.
You can give gifts and be next to your loved ones on Christmas even if you don't believe jack sh!t.

Isn't this one of those things you wished you believed?

I just wish you would go away.

This is Jesus, and that is why his "birth" (rebirth, actually) is celebrated during the winter solstice. Christmas is a pagan holiday.

Not bad not bad at all looked like peace to me/

Notice "he" is walking on water, has a crown of thorns, and is in heaven. Yes, very peaceful.

The HRRC at its conception was headed by Ceasar of ROME. READ The First Council of Nicaea Learn the trueth. Wake up. THe new testment is the work of ROME. ROME decided what was allowed into the book. Much like the Jews not allowing Enoch into the old book. Without Enoch its useless. THe Bishop of ROME never attended the Nician council. I am not saying these works other than Pauls are not inspired by trueth. But I will say the information we got was censored big time.

And..

Did you just respond twice in seperate posts to the same message of mine? I don't get why you quoted it and replied again, without me or anybody else adding any new information...

Anyway, I'm trying to filter through your horrible sentence structure to get to what you mean. I'm not really a grammar nazi, but this is a tough one.

Yes, the new testament was assembled.
Yes, Enoch is awesome, but now most people don't even know who he or Metatron is.
Yes, information was censored.

But it doesn't really matter what information gets put in the book or not, since it's all written by man. Edited by man, written by man, read by man.

That's what I got out of your first post. Sadly, I don't know what you are talking about in your second post. Something about liers, god, and satan.

Also, none of either post is really relavant to what I, or any of the people I quoted, said. Catholics are still Christians. Catholics aren't the only one who read the new testament. In fact, I don't know what in this thread provoked you to hobble down these trains of thought..

Anyway, I think you need halt a second before saying I cling to some (implied catholic) lie. I'm not Catholic. I'm an agnostic (leaning towards athiesm). I just commented here because I've visited over 20 Christian churches of at least 6 different denominations during my quest to learn about Christianity and god.

Back to the original matter on which I posted...

Everyone knows that Catholics are not Protestants, however that does not mean Catholics aren't Christians.

The only people I have ever seen making the claim that Catholics aren't Christians usually have some reason for differentiating, like being heavily anti-catholic as someone else mentioned.

Apparently you didn't have an agenda by it; it was more of a misuse of language.

Exactly and thats why your leaning towards athiesm. What other conclusion could ya come up with if you sought God in a building . OR dogmatic practices . My whole point.

FUCK NO!

Mind you, I don't see myself as an atheist any more, but I did for about 25 years. I'm definitely not a Christian though. I love Christmas for the time with family, the festive nature, the music, the lights, the weather, etc. It's a great time of year. I lose NOTHING by not being Christian.

Also, I only know a handful of religious people, and even fewer Christians (I could count them on my fingers). Most of the people I know are atheist or non-Christian agnostics. No one has any trouble with it, except sometimes dealing with extremely religious people during the season.

Children's hospitals could use a little of that gifting action, see sig.
