So my upcoming gig is going to have me in Atlanta for most of June, every Wednesday through the following Monday. I've been there 4 or 5 times, spending a total of ~30 days there so I know the city fairly well...just wondering if any ATers would like to get together. Dinner, drinks, movie, show, strip club, whatever. :p

I'm stuck a few hours downwind in Augusta. Seriously, this place sucks. But I'd prefer to never step foot in Atlanta, so I guess that's a plus [for me, at least]. :p

Don't know yet...this particular company likes to keep you waiting. But I'm used to it. :p I'll update when I find out.

You want to meet these monsters? What, so you can see that they don't all make 6 figures and have gorgeous wives?

I work in Norcross which is a little north of 285 and west of 85. Hit me up when you know what part of town you'll be in. If it's close enough, I'd be up for getting a beer or something.

I'm pretty daring, I know. I'll be there for a month, roughly, so as much as I enjoy being alone and seeing the city...it wouldn't hurt to meet some ATers. Don't exactly want to hang around coworkers after seeing them all day. Not every day, at least.

Alright, so I just found out where I'll be: Dunwoody?

Still don't know what my schedule will be like and whether or not I'll have a car...I'll update that when I find out.

Dunwoody has a lot of places to go shop eat and drink around it.

Easy access to the Marta train also if you want to take it down to a Braves game or something like that.

Yeah, it doesn't seem I'm too far from a MARTA station...don't know if I'll have time for baseball games, but this way I can get into downtown if I need and not worry about drinking and driving.

Lokiju, I'll just PM you once I'm in Atlanta and know what my daily schedule is like after our first few events...?

I work in Dunwoody. I'd be done for lunch, or one of the best 3 bars in Atlanta is just down the street.

Let me know, I'll show you around.

Hmph, just found out that I might not have a personal vehicle for this gig. Fail. I mean, seriously?
