atec 400watt psu cooling question

i have a cheiftec silver dragon aluninum case (an antec 1040 knock off) and 4 panaflo L1 case fans, the question is if i replace the psu fan with a panaflo L1 will that hurt the psu/ will the sound drop even more?

First off, Antec is actually buying FROM Chieftec. Antec doesn't make any cases, they simply put thier little Name on the front in the bezells (spelled wrong), and slap in one of their PSUs.

As for the PSU, Antec TruePower PSUs are probably THE QUIETEST PSUs on the market. You won't need to swap out it's fan(s). Read the PSU comparison on the main site.

Gotta make sure its a True though, Antec doesn't make a 400W True Power AFAIK, but there is the 380W and 430W around it. But yeah, the true PSUs are great, nice and quiet and clean, consistent power on independently regulated rails.
