Is there a difference between ATA100 cables and ATA133, or is this a marketing ploy?

And which Forum is the right one to ask about places to buy &/or prices?

ATA66/ATA100/ATA100 should use the same cable - 40 pin, 80 conductor

S/he's getting there... ;-) [edit: sorry for the sexist assumption...)

Why do I keep seeing "ATA100" cables advertised, and not "ATA66"?

because first ata 100 sounds better, i mean 100 is higher than 66 just like 1.4 ghz is higher than 700 mhz. second, ata 100 is backwards compatible with ata66 and ata33 so there is no point in saying ata66 when u can get the whole enchilada by saying ata100.
