I'm installing a new Epox mobo which says it supports dma 66/100 hard drives. Can I use my old dma 33 hard drive with this?

Yes, ATA 66 100 are ully backward compatible ( some raid controllers have some problems, but small thing).

Your HDD will run without problems.
