When will chipset supporting such ATA-133 transfer be released and also which motherboard already has implement since there are such drive out in the retail market?

I'm not 100%sure, but so far I think that ALi might be the only chipset maker that actually released a southbridge (M1535D+) that supports ATA133. Also, few days ago Iwill just announced a new mainboard, Iwill XP333, that's equipped with this southbridge, and hense supports ATA133.

good response jonma. but i have to ask, why do you care about ata133 ticktack? i'm pretty sure any speed improvements will be unnoticeable. this stuff doesn't even look that good on paper. between ata66 and ata100 there's no noticeable differences. i dont' think the support for ata133 should factor too much in your purchase decision.
