Does anyone know of any ata133 mobo's coming out for the althon (XP)?
Or should I just go with a controller?
 
I don't think you should worry about it. You probably won't even notice the difference from ATA66 to ATA100. If you really need it however, I believe the KR7A from ABIT has an ATA133 controller. Possibly only the RAID version has it, but I am not sure.
