Ata 133 to sata transfer

What kind of transfer...cloning or just some files? I can't help with cloning, because I haven't had anything to do with that, but with files, you should just be able to copy/paste them where you want them. If the two drives are on different computers, XP has the File Transfer Wizard. The only time that I've had any problems with the first method was when copying files from the SATAs to an IDE drive, actually the transfer worked, but when I reformatted the SATAs the files on the IDE disappeared. I think that was because of either the VIA chipset on my board, or because I had the IDE set as the Hot Spare.
