ATA/133 HDD on P4P800

hey guys...
i am new to the computer stuff and just wanted to know a few things...
i am planning to buy an ATA/133 HDD and P4P800...but from the specs of P4P800 i came to know tht it supports ATA/100/66/33 and not ATA/133
and i read on the HDD manufacturer`s website that the HDD is backwards compatible...so does it mean that my ATA/133 HDD will work only at ATA/100 on P4P800 ??

do i need to buy any extra ATA cards to add this HDD ???

Your ATA/133 drive will work on the P4P800 at ATA/100 speeds. However, you may not see any significant difference between ATA/100 and ATA/133 speeds to warrant buying an extra ATA card.
