ATA 133 + 120 gig harddrive *SOLVED*

When I connected my 120 gig harddrive to my ATA133 card, the cards BIOS and Windows only detects it as a 32 gig harddrive. What do I have to do so Windows will detect the entire thing? Thanks. Sorry if this is a redundant question, I did a search and couldn't find anything.

Thanks for your help.

hey i just ordered this dirve from staples. and i think i will also get the 133 pci card with it..

i have a ATA 100 on my mobo built in.. i think i will just use that..but will it really be a big boost if i use the ata 133 card instead..i mean i dont see any this should make a big difference..unless i am transfering big files..

This won't make any difference at all, regardless if file size. The ATA66 spec is barely stressed, so ATA100 is almost pointless, and ATA133 is marketing hype.
