ATA 100 installation for A7V

I'm using A7V, Quantum lct20 20GB.
I've plugged it to the ATA100 connector, and it says"Insert system disk"
How can I install my HD on ATA 100?

Have you enabled the ATA100 controller in the bios? Is it in the boot order?

sounds like you are using bios 1005 a or b version, either upgrade to the newer bios files or turn on virus protection in bios. that is why you are getting that message. it is known bug with the early 1005 bios files.

The other boot device option is Disabled, And I've set it to onboard ATA100.
My BIOS is 1005c, rev 1.04
