ATA/100 controller cards-worth it and who makes a good one ?

Any imput is appreciated. Running an older ASUS P2B cel 300 and was considering a new drive. With all the good prices on 33 or 66 drives I was wondering if the 100 is worth it.

The Promise ATA controllers are probably your best bet, but I'm not sure what effect that will have on the overall performance of your system. Depending on your budget & what you do with your PC, you might want to just upgrade the whole system. A new Duron CPU & mobo can be had fairly cheaply these days.
