AT7 will not post, diagnostic LEDs?

Yellow on is on (mobo is powered)
When I power it on the green one comes on. Is this normal. Do both LEDs stay on during normal operation?

I just restarted once and now it will not POST at all. Replaced Vid card. No Joy.

Any other ideas. I can try new memory next.

Try moving the CMOS jumper to the other position, they have been known to be shipped out in the wrong setting.

ACK, it is packed up to be shipped off.

It worked for a week and a half. I am guessing that may not be it. I think it has been restarted since then
