because the LEDs on this case are bright as shit, that is the HDD Led its blue when theres no activity and red when its doing shit, the power LED is a different one i have a small piece of electric tape on because its too damn bright. its actually whats making the HDD LED look blue i think when nothings going on
yea its a shame they don't make all of these cases anymore, they did for a few years after i got mine but they changed the motherboard layout back to "normal". but they even stopped making those. Next time i get a new case it will most likely be a Corasir 800D/700D unless i can find a V2000B
Newegg still sells the V1200 - its like the only one still out there

I wish i had the 1200 simply because its longer then the 1000 however IDK if it was being made when i got this thing
also this is why FPS numbers in wow cant really be benchmarked

My guild did Festergut and Rotface last night, I tried a few new tweaks and hit 6700 dps on Festergut. It's nice to finally be getting higher up there. I noticed as a shadowpriest that if I constantly just spam devouring plague when moving from the spot I normally stand to where they gather the spores it allows me to keep up my damage using the instant damage portion of the spell.
We seem to be stuck now on Dreamwalker and we're having a heck of a time forming the correct strategy for this encounter. I know, we're noobs, etc. but seriously does anybody have some advice on this encounter? What we've tried so far is to have one group in the back, one in the front, for dps'ing down the adds, with one tank on each side. The problem seems to be there is this huge slow area which makes getting to the burning skeletons really hard. We tried a right / left attempt as well, which went better but we still just weren't keeping up.
I think it may partially be the healers failing, since on one occasion after 5 minutes the dragon was still not even healed to 70% when we wiped.
we do left/right on dreamwalker... interrupting the frost bolt nova thing is pretty key.
I just wish they'd hurry up and get the frost orb vendor online. About to go 3 digits deep in the things. Can't win a roll on a need item to save my life, but I'm breeding the damn orbs.
And of my god it sucks trying to upgrade weapon/offhand for a shammy caster. Have tossed several spell swords but the daggerd/mace/staffs just won't drop.
Here's a little tip for fighting Festergut as a shadowpriest.
You do not need to get any spores debuffs because you can just use dispersion. This allows you to stand in the same spot the entire fight (unless you actually get a spore on you upon which you have to run to designated spots, depending on how your raid does it).
I don't know if you already read this, but shadowpriest.com has some really good info on what to gem, BiS gear ranking, rotations, strats, etc.
My rotation is tight and my dps is close to maximized for my gear level; gear seems to be the main thing holding me back right now. I'll take your advise on the dispersion thing though and hopefully the raid leader won't yell at me when I try it LOL. I already am a member over at shadowpriest.com for over a year.
it's possible to 100% copy someone's UI if they give you their interface\addon and wtf folders and you overwrite yours with theirs... I'm surprised it's not done more often, tbh. I did it for my sister way back in the day.I need a new UI so badly, I keep seeing people with these clean UI's. Where can I get a starting point for one? Or do I have to literally fiddle around.

Alright Lich King killers, my 10 man group is still working on Arthas. We are having issues with P3 and the spirits. Our raid setup is the following:
Paladin - MT
Druid - OT
Tree Druid
Resto Shaman
Holy Priest
Arcane Mage
Arcane Mage
Marks Hunter
Elem Shaman
Ret Paladin
Basically the AOE we have doesn't hit the spirits, so DPS is forced to single target them. We can usually handle the first round of spirits by killing most and kiting the rest. But when subsequent rounds of spirits start totally messing us up. Any words of advise on these things when you don't have a lock or SP?
