When do you say enough is enough? A,nd all I want is an average, not for special circumstances like an antique car or something else. If you buy brand new or close to brand new when do you sell it?

When it'll cost more to repair than I feel is worth the trouble.

Always over 100k (although I accidentally hit 20k in the poll)

Exactly. My car is approaching 100K, and I don't see replacing it any time soon. My mom's car is well over 100K, and it still works quite well.

My car is at 186k or something like that right now, don't see myself getting rid of it, especially if my next car isn't a daily driver.

I get rid of cars when I have money to buy an upgrade or if the thing blows up. Millage varries. anywhere from blowing up at 130k for crappy american cars to selling off a 95 Nissan with 185k(The thing still drives too)

My current one has 130,000 and still driving fine.

Once it starts giving issues is when.

When I get tired of it and decide I want to try something else. Some cars this has been 217,000 miles, some, 15,000.

Got rid of my last one at 288k because I loved it and probably kept it longer than I should. It really depends on how they treat me, I've ditched cars with as little as 30-50k on them.

Last one was my Ford minivan that I had for nine years and 217K miles. The new Toyota van I just bought should last as long.

When it has to be towed to the junkyard. My car payments from Jan 2006 thru Mar 2007: $0.00
Repairs: roughly $200, including a new battery, brakes, serpentine belt.
