At what age do women look best?

Depends on their ethnicity.

There are some ethnicities that looks hot in their teens and just get huge and fall apart in their late 20s. There are others that are kind of thin in their teens and early 20s and fill in in their late 20s to 30s.

i would say 15-25 for physical buety. Everything is still firm and bouncy. they also have the full curves

Though some are not fully fleshed out by 18 and some start to go bad by 25.

I agree with this.

However, like most things, there are exceptions. I've known women that still looked great at 40... but maybe not their 'best'. I've also seen 25 year old women that looked like they were already completely worn out by life.

Well, as far as physical perfection goes thats kinda true. Heck most Olympic trainers prefer girls 12 and under for events.
Any older and those hips get wide. Makes navigating the apparatus difficult.
I pick 18-25 because they have usually lost the baby fat by then and havent started with the middle-age fat yet.
EDIT: Though we cant forget about the infamous "freshman 15".
