At the current pricing which of these is better?

Right now I'm thinking to just get the S3.
As I understand...The ONLY difference between them is that the DS3 uses all solid capacitors.

Are there ANY other differences between them?
OCing and such....

Nope, AFAIK, both motherboards OC the same and have the same features. The DS3 is supposedly more 'Durable'.

I remember seeing the S3/DS3 priced at $109 and $119 respectively once. In that case, I'd just get the DS3. Personally, I wouldn't lose any sleep getting the S3 and wondering if I should have just got the DS3. It's your call if you think the 'Durable' moniker is worth the extra $20. Here's a review you might like: S3 @ Xbit

Well basically it's a quick fix so the DS3 is a bit out of my price range. I'm not sure if i'll be able to buy that one. :(
