Nope, AFAIK, both motherboards OC the same and have the same features. The DS3 is supposedly more 'Durable'.
I remember seeing the S3/DS3 priced at $109 and $119 respectively once. In that case, I'd just get the DS3. Personally, I wouldn't lose any sleep getting the S3 and wondering if I should have just got the DS3. It's your call if you think the 'Durable' moniker is worth the extra $20.
