I want to sign up with AT&T wireles through Amazon.com , they have very good deals on the GSM cellphones BUT the plan selection is drastcally different from what's posted on the AT&T website...so I have 3 questions...
1. Once I pick a plan, can it be upgrade/downgraded by calling cutomer service, i don't care if it will renew the contract because I am planning to do it right after I receive it.
2. I know AT&T offers 30 days trial period and you do not liek the service, you can cancel and just return the phone etc. How will the be handled with Amazon.com purchase? (i won't be using the phone i get, i have my own)
3. I'm in MA, North Shore area and I currently have T-Mobile (GSM). Service is rather $hitty, not horrible but phone barely works in my house. I am using tri-band GSM phone (panasonic gd55), I can also get Cingular GSM service...for my particular are woudl it be a better choice, if anybody knows/uses cingular or at&t in the same area please post your comments. Thanks!
