AT&T universal platinum card is awesome

My ongoing APR is 7.65% now. Yeah, that's a variable rate. That turns out I'm paying $16 interest for $2300 balance, pretty much close to a loan.

Taht isn't some special rate for a limited time?

Well, they've offered me that card before. But I'm content with what I have now with other companies, so I didn't bother applying.

At the moment, MBNA's Platinum Plus offers me a 1.7+ % APY. It looks like a special, but it's lasted for a while now.

That's not special offer for limited time. However, everyone's mileage may vary.

It came with a 12.99% APR. Later on, I whined to one representative and she managed to lower it to 10.65%. Then they have been dropping the APR almost every month by 0.5 percent or smaller. Now, it reaches 7.65%.
