AT&T Samsung Galaxy S2 ICS update

I updated a few months ago and now my phones are having slowdown to the point where there is like a 1 second lag everytime I try to open an app.


Anyone have this problem?

I didn't have this problem using any of the leaks or the final release. I'd recommend doing a factory reset.

I definitely noticed some lagginess with the ota ics version for that phone.

I have a similar issue with my sprint version, choppy scrolling with everything, between screens, internet, and whatnot. Buggy update for me.
