I still don't understand people trying to get the phone out of contract for at&t. I suppose if you recently renewed and really want the phone to avoid the ETF, but still.

Anyways, I'm surprised how low the prices are on the phones through Wal-mart. I never looked before. The Captivate's free with a contract, which is pretty tempting.

I'm on AT&T prepaid so the only way I can get the phone is full price since I'm not interested in going postpaid.
