at post system beeps no boot, etc.

I have a ABIT BE6-2 mb, its 2 years old witha c466 processor. all it wil do is beep once every few seconds.
i took all the cards out, tested the hd and they all work. any ideas????

Yeah, that beep pattern means it's memory related so start there.
