Last weekend I had a few small red and itchy bumps on my left arm, now there are much more. My right arm doesn't have any and these bumps are also on my side/stomach in spots. I dont take any medicines and they only thing I thought may have caused it would be last week I was chainsawing and clearing bushes in my yard. They dont hurt either, just itch

Poison ivy. You brushed up against some sort of weed that is irritating your skin. They might be on your stomach and side because you sleep with your shirt off and your arm rubbed against your stomach. Happens to me all the time and I need to take steroids because calamine lotion doesn't affect me.
 
Sounds like poison ivy/oak. Unfortunately the only cure is suicide. That or waiting a week for it to clear up.
