At my expense

looks like a basic template website from like Frontpage, has no real flow to it, looks like it was designed for the mid 90's type of website.

Slacker has a good point too, most ppl dont take kindly to links to a site that could possibly make a n00b money

-Bad font
-No pictures
-No logo
-Navigation not clear
-Purchasing setup confusing
-ugly colors

yeah, it looks like it was done using a template from front page. Not to say that it's utterly horrible, it's not that bad, but i think you should look at some other types of software, to give the site a more professional look.

I'm sorry i'm not really in web design myself, but i know some people who are and i can ask them for some suggestions later...

I heard that the best method is to develp a good "site map" on paper first, this way you'll have a better sense of direction of where you want to go, rather then making up things as you go along.

Its not that, I have seen many of these types of threads, the o.p. usually ends up getting pissed off at the comments and the whole thing bursts into flames

Your site tries to educate the consumer too much, don't do that. List some models in a neat fashion, bullet points of target users, price, etc.

Yea I only post this on anandtech becuase I know no one here would ever buy from me. I take my advertising elsewhere.

made the whole thing from scratch, my own template and all, in netscape composer. Will definitely be getting better software eventually.

Will appreciate any help from your buds ConwayJim, thx.

's a good point. Was hoping to attract people searching for comp advice thru google and such. Only an experiment for now.

I wouldn't buy a pack of gum from that site, much less a computer.

It may be the AT effect, but I literally read this entire thread waiting for you page to open, and I'm still waiting.
