AT moderator faq

It would be nice to have a faq about our beloved moderators.

Just a brief profile about them. Maybe including their likes/dislikes, why they choose to volunteer their time here, their vision of what they'd like to accomplish. Stuff like that

an interesting note (based on the years here) is seeing how some of the members who were once banned on a regular basis, are now mods. You may not be able to teach an old dog new tricks, but maybe the puppies can learn. Overall the "moderation" has adapted to the changing flavors of the forums, with help from the members themselves. OT and PN are more free wheeling and you need a thicker skin, but the other sections retain high levels of courtesy with the honest intent of helping, rather then tearing down.....IMHO
